Beth gives a seller many ideas in using existing tools found in the home to create a chic, up to date look that will be attractive to a potential buyer.
Beth has studied the work of the acclaimed Barb Schwartz and Lori Matzke, both pioneers in the Home Staging profession. Beth is a certified Home Staging Professional , and is educated in the art of Feng Shui. She has staged homes in and around the Ithaca, NY area, many being upscale, seven figure, Cayuga lakefront properties. Beth has worked with many real estate agents in Ithaca and the surrounding areas, as well as home sellers that have been successful selling their homes without a real estate agent.
Beth is originally from San Diego, California and mother to 5 children ranging in ages 27 to 8. She is the loving wife of John Callister, a professor at Cornell University. She is a co founder of GEMS (Goddess Entrepreneurs Marketing Social), a member of WomenTIES of Syacruse, NY, Women Business Owners Connection of Syracuse and Chapter President of The Ithaca Chapter of The Tiffany Blue Thongers, a bona fide member of The Blue Thong Society.
